Participating in the General Census are 2,343 enumerators (ÐTV), of which 2,102 enumerators conduct the full questionnaire".
Tight from the organization stage
In the context of carrying out many tasks at the same time, Ca Mau province always pays special attention to the work of the General Census, especially the inspection, supervision, urging, and timely removal of difficulties and obstacles. Accordingly, the whole province established 8 monitoring teams to carry out this task.
Mr. Dao Phong Vu, Supervisory Team No. 05, said: “The supervisory teams directly survey, inspect, and evaluate the progress and quality of the General Census at the grassroots level. Through this, we will promptly grasp any difficulties and problems that arise, and continue to urge and find solutions to support communes, wards, and the Census force to perform their tasks to ensure quality and within the prescribed time.”

Ta An Khuong commune has a large area, including 25 hamlets, so 29 enumerators are focusing their efforts to achieve the results according to the requirements and progress of the General Census. The commune People's Committee assigned the Economic Department to monitor, urge, remind and guide the enumerators throughout the General Census process. The commune also established 3 Zalo groups (according to the areas of 3 old communes including Ta An Khuong, Ta An Khuong Dong and Ta An Khuong Nam) for easy management as well as support for the enumerators.
Mr. Trinh Van Phen, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for the 2025 Census of Ta An Khuong Commune, affirmed: "Through information and communication work, the people have grasped and strongly supported the Census. The Census team is responsible, has solid skills, and is close to the locality, so the progress is accelerated every day. Up to now, the commune has completed about 70% of the Census tasks. The commune is determined to complete the tasks before the prescribed time."
The determination of the TV
The spirit and determination of the survey team is always demonstrated by being close, responsible, ensuring quality and results in work. Along with that is the effort to inform and communicate to the people, thereby creating a consensus and cooperation effect among the people. Surveyor Le Trung Dang, Tan Dien A hamlet (Ta An Khuong commune) when directly conducting the survey at Mr. Pham Van Hoang's household showed his proficiency in the work. Surveyor Le Trung Dang shared: "Assigned to survey an area of Tan Dien A hamlet with 128 households, so far I have completed more than 70%. With this progress, the work will be completed around July 25".
The provincial monitoring team No. 05 directly assessed the quality of work of the survey team at Tan Dien A hamlet, Ta An Khuong commune.
In addition, the close supervision of the grassroots statistical units also plays a very important role in the implementation of the requirements and progress of this rural and agricultural census. Mr. Tran Thanh Phong, Deputy Head of the Grassroots Statistics in charge of the Dam Doi district (old), informed: “After the arrangement, the grassroots statistics continue to perform the functions and tasks of the previous district-level statistics. The final stage shows that the volume, quality and efficiency of the survey work have accelerated very positively. The communes of the old Dam Doi district affirm that they will ensure the progress, results and quality of the Census according to regulations”.
One thing to note to ensure the quality of the survey information is that the information collection skills and time must comply with regulations. Mr. Dao Phong Vu said: "To avoid cases where the information samples do not meet the requirements, the time for the interviewer to perform the work at each household must be at least 10 minutes. The collection skills must be accurate, focused, quick and close to the reality of the subjects. At the same time, after collecting, the Steering Committee of the commune and ward must process and synthesize the information according to the instructions and requirements".
Ms. Ngo Kim Cuc (Tan Dien B hamlet, Ta An Khuong commune) confided: “Through newspapers, loudspeaker systems, and then the investigation officers coming to propagate, my family supported, agreed, and cooperated fully to make the work of providing investigation information as smooth as possible. What I love most is the investigation officers, they are enthusiastic, responsible, and always cheerful and close to the people.”

While taking advantage of the hamlet's work and being in charge of the investigation, Bil is very dedicated: "In the investigation, you must master the set of questions, the skills of asking, collecting and processing information. In addition, you must balance other tasks to devote your energy and time to completing the investigation, ensuring quality results and progress according to regulations."
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai said: “Thanks to careful preparation, the information collection in the localities took place quite smoothly. With the attention of Party committees and authorities at all levels, the active cooperation of the people, the efforts of the Census team and participating forces, Ca Mau province is determined to successfully carry out the tasks and objectives according to the prescribed schedule in the 2025 General Census”./.
