General Director of Southern Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company Le Thanh Binh said that the company has 3 factories in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, specializing in the production of basic chemicals. When there was information about the conversion of the function of this industrial park, the company proactively searched for land to prepare for relocation, but finding land to rent was also very difficult. Currently, the company has been approved to rent land in Nhon Trach 6 Industrial Park, but encountered problems and had to wait for resolution. The company has built a relocation plan in stages. It is estimated that by 2031, the company will be able to complete the relocation of 3 factories. The company supports the common goal of the province but also needs time to prepare to reduce the impact. Because relocating a chemical factory is different from other industries in that it has to invest in rebuilding the entire factory, which takes a lot of time and money.

In the coming time, a number of new industrial parks in Dong Nai will continue to be built. This information has been and is being made public by the Dong Nai Industrial Park Management Board for businesses to grasp and find suitable locations.

Regarding the policy of relocating industrial parks, Head of Dong Nai Industrial Park Management Board Nguyen Tri Phuong shared that the relocation of enterprises in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park has been widely announced to enterprises for many years. In particular, many enterprises have planned to relocate their factories out of the area. Dong Nai Industrial Park Management Board, together with departments and branches, have introduced and guided enterprises to approach industrial parks with land funds suitable for their industries to rent land to relocate factories. Currently, there are many industrial parks in the province with land funds for lease such as: Ho Nai Industrial Park, Loc An - Binh Son Industrial Park, Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park...

Mr. Tran Thanh Hai, General Director of Industrial Park Development Corporation (Sonadezi), the investor of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park infrastructure, shared that through understanding the thoughts and aspirations of enterprises, most of them want to clearly understand the relocation support policies from the State and localities and the value they receive when relocating to another place. Enterprises wonder whether land use fee debt is allowed to be deducted from compensation and support costs or not... Sonadezi will continue to survey and grasp other arising problems of enterprises to promptly report to the authorities and the Provincial People's Committee to soon have solutions to resolve them.

According to Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha, Dong Nai shares with the enterprises that must relocate their production, business activities and workers' lives. The conversion requires the support of enterprises and the province always listens to the opinions of enterprises and on that basis, the relevant departments and branches base on current policies to develop compensation and support plans as soon as possible. After promulgation, the compensation and support plan will be made public and transparent for enterprises to grasp and implement.
