Coming with friends to experience the activities and services at Bana Rita Glamping Farm (Hoa Phu commune, Hoa Vang district), Mr. Dang Nguyen Anh Tuan (Tho Quang ward, Son Tra district) said that this is not a new tourism model in other localities. However, the formation of a green, friendly and close-to-nature destination based on organic agricultural activities in Da Nang is something new, attracting tourists to experience.
"I feel very comfortable enjoying the fresh air and green space here. I think this tourism model is very impressive and worth experiencing during the hot and sultry summer days," Mr. Tuan shared.
According to Mr. Le Thanh Tuan, the investor of Bana Rita Glamping Farm, this is an organic agricultural farm model based on the foundation of growing local fruit trees. In 2022, the model was approved by the People's Committee of Hoa Vang district to participate in the pilot project of exploiting tourism services combined with developing agriculture, forestry, and aquaculture in the district according to Resolution No. 82/NQ-HDND dated December 17, 2021 of the City People's Council.
The model was put into operation with 4 main activities: growing organic agricultural crops, experiencing agriculture for students, organizing camping and supporting the promotion and consumption of agricultural products of farmers in Hoa Vang district.
"After one month of operation, we have received very positive feedback from customers. On average, on weekends, there are about 100-200 tourists coming to visit and experience here. We always put safety first when implementing the model. At the same time, we arrange forces with units to monitor and ensure the safety of tourists, especially student groups," said Mr. Le Thanh Tuan.
Opened on the occasion of April 30 and May 1, An Phu Farm model also welcomed a large number of visitors to visit and experience the services. Especially on weekends, many families and schools bring groups of children and students to enjoy the green space and learn about agricultural activities. Here, visitors can experience organic vegetable growing on the farm, play folk games, visit the zoo, etc.
According to Mr. Duong Hien Tu, the investor of An Phu Farm model, the priority customers of the model are students, schools, families and tourists. During the operation, the unit always receives positive feedback from tourists. To operate effectively, An Phu Farm will invest in and organize more physical games, expand the space for entertainment and experiences to serve the needs of families in addition to the prepared camping area.
"The current demand of city residents and tourists for agricultural and experiential tourism models is very high. However, the pilot implementation of 15 models is the right decision. Through the pilot process, departments, branches, and localities will grasp the needs of customers, difficulties in implementation, quality improvement issues, etc. From there, creating effective tourism models, truly becoming new tourism highlights in Hoa Vang district and Da Nang," Mr. Tu shared.
