Launched on the occasion of the 2024 Environmental Action Month, the "Action for the Blue Ocean" Photo Contest aims to raise awareness and change the behavior of local authorities, businesses and individuals in reducing the use of plastic products, especially single-use plastics.

Through images from the contest, the Organizing Committee calls on the community to join hands to reduce plastic waste and become more aware of the negative impacts of improper waste management on human health and the environment.

Encourage proper disposal and the use of environmentally friendly products, helping the community feel the beauty and importance of protecting the marine environment. The contest also aims to recognize and encourage organizations and individuals who have actively participated in propaganda work to reduce ocean plastic pollution.
