With many years of developing quality projects and practical contributions to the community, Khang Dien Group was honored as 'Developer of the Decade' along with the titles for Upcoming Projects at the Vietnam Property Awards ceremony organized by Property Guru on November 15, 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City.

Previously, on November 4, 2024 in Hanoi, the Group was also honored to be recognized as a National Brand by the Ministry of Industry and Trade .
