At the working session with Binh Thuan province, Mr. Peter Dalkeith Scott - Chairman of PDSI Group - said that the unit has been operating in the global market since 1989, has a strong financial foundation, and is supported by a system of strategic partners in many countries.
With its existing financial capacity and experience, PDSI Group proposed to implement the Binh Thuan PDSI golf course and service complex project in Thuan Quy commune, Ham Thuan Nam district, with a scale of 425 hectares, with an estimated total investment of about 2.6 billion USD.
In addition to civil engineering works and golf courses, the project scale includes hotel items, retail shopping centers and types of villas, townhouses, luxury apartments, and apartment buildings.
PDSI Group looks forward to long-term cooperation with Binh Thuan province to develop products that bring common benefits to the locality.
Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee Do Huu Huy welcomed PDSI Group's proposal to invest in the project in the locality. This proposal is in line with the province's development orientation in the coming time.
According to Mr. Huy, if the above project is implemented as the investor's idea, it will bring great benefits, helping the province's tourism and sports activities to reach further.
Therefore, Mr. Huy requested PDSI Group to soon complete related procedures and documents according to the instructions of Binh Thuan province authorities.
On the province side, Mr. Huy pledged to be ready to support the project to be implemented soon. He assigned the relevant departments to actively coordinate and support the group in implementing the procedures according to regulations.
