Attending the ceremony were representatives of leaders of 14 associations and organizations from the communes and wards: Quy Nhon, Quy Nhon Nam, Quy Nhon Bac, Quy Nhon Dong, Quy Nhon Tay and Nhon Chau.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Trieu Quang - Deputy Director of the Provincial Branch of the Bank for Social Policies - emphasized the particularly important role of grassroots socio -political organizations in coordinating the implementation of policy credit programs, contributing to bringing capital to the right beneficiaries, ensuring efficiency, publicity, transparency and safety.
The signing also marks a high commitment and agreement between the parties in fully implementing the contents of the trust contract. Especially in the work of loan evaluation, inspection and supervision, management of savings and loan groups, as well as propaganda and mobilization of borrowers to use capital for the right purpose, fulfill the obligation to repay debt and pay interest on time.
This is also a step to reaffirm the close and long-term coordination between the Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch and grassroots socio-political organizations in implementing the task of sustainable poverty reduction, creating livelihoods and improving people's lives, especially the poor and policy beneficiaries in the area.

On the same day, July 18, in the western region of Gia Lai, Chu Se Transaction Office - Gia Lai Province Branch of the Bank for Social Policies held a signing ceremony for loan trust contracts with commune-level associations and organizations in the communes of Chu Se, Bo Ngoong, Ia Ko, and Al Ba.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Ly - Director of Chu Se Transaction Office - fully informed about the rights and responsibilities of associations and organizations receiving capital trust at the commune level; specific regulations on fee levels, fee rates and payment methods of trust fees based on credit quality.
As of June 30, 2025, the total outstanding loan balance entrusted through socio-political organizations managed by the Chu Se Transaction Office in 4 communes of Chu Se, Bo Ngoong, Ia Ko, Al Ba reached 511.3 billion VND, through 263 savings and loan groups. Of which, Chu Se commune alone managed nearly 210 billion VND, accounting for 41% of the outstanding loan balance entrusted by the Chu Se Transaction Office.
The signing of the trust contract between the Transaction Office and commune-level associations and organizations aims to increase the effectiveness of policy credit lending, ensure safety, and reach the right subjects, contributing to the implementation of the goal of sustainable poverty reduction and social security in the locality.
