Professional training for civil servants and public employees of the One-Stop Department in Kim Son

On the morning of December 9, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center coordinated with the People's Committee of Kim Son district to organize a training conference to improve professional skills for 125 officials, civil servants and public employees of the One-Stop Department at district and commune levels in the area.

At the training conference, delegates were informed about: VNeID's utilities and applications in performing administrative procedures; Application of free personal public digital signatures when performing public services; Instructions on application, exploitation of Electronic Data Warehouse, exploitation of QR codes in administrative procedures.

At the same time, exchange and share some contents and problems in 2 groups of administrative procedures for public services "Birth registration, permanent residence registration, health insurance card issuance for children under 6 years old" and "Death registration, permanent residence cancellation, funeral support, funeral allowance"; some contents and problems in the fields of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and Justice.

Through the training conference, it helps cadres, civil servants and public employees at the One-Stop Department in Kim Son district improve their knowledge and update newly issued directives, thereby improving the operational efficiency of the One-Stop Department, serving the settlement of administrative procedures for people, organizations and businesses.
