Propagating new points of the 2025 Employment Law

On the morning of October 15, Ha Nam Employment Service Center held a conference to disseminate new points of the 2025 Employment Law.

Attending the conference were leaders of the Department of Home Affairs, the National Center for Employment Services, the Ha Nam Employment Service Center and more than 500 employees and employers from 20 businesses in the area.

At the conference, delegates were introduced and analyzed the new points of the 2025 Employment Law compared to the 2013 Employment Law , focusing on contents such as : concept and scope of unemployment insurance; subjects participating in unemployment insurance; conditions, time, level and time of unemployment benefits; responsibilities of relevant parties; management of unemployment insurance fund and expanded support policies...

Also at the conference, employees and employers discussed issues related to labor contract regulations, unemployment insurance contributions and benefits , and the implementation of social insurance policies and regimes. Many questions focused on the process and procedures for resolving unemployment benefits, vocational training support levels, job referrals after job loss, and the responsibility of businesses in participating in and paying insurance according to the new provisions of the 2025 Employment Law.

Representatives of the Ha Nam Employment Service Center, the Provincial Social Insurance and related units directly answered and clarified opinions to help businesses and employees grasp information, promptly implement social security policies at the unit, and ensure full legal rights for employees.

Through the conference, we aim to raise legal awareness for workers and businesses to together create and promote a transparent, fair and sustainable working environment in the area.
