Speaking at the training conference, Chief of the City People's Committee Office Tran Huy Kien affirmed that receiving and handling feedback and recommendations plays an important role in building an open, transparent and effective administration. This is not only a tool to promote the people's mastery - the right to supervise and participate in state management as stipulated in the Constitution and laws - but also an important channel to help state agencies promptly detect shortcomings in policies, administrative procedures and service style of cadres and civil servants. The reception system via Hotline 1022 also contributes to strengthening people's trust in the government when feedback and recommendations are listened to and handled properly. Thereby, strengthening the bond between the State and the People. The Chief of the City People's Committee Office requested that cadres and civil servants attending the training conference actively exchange, discuss and fully absorb knowledge, in order to effectively deploy the Software System in practice.
At the Conference, representatives of VNPT Hai Phong presented an overview of the Software System for receiving and processing feedback and recommendations from organizations and individuals in the city via Call Center 1022. The content includes an introduction to the outstanding features of the software, the operating process and how to coordinate between units in the process of receiving and processing information from people and businesses./.
