200 trainees participating in the training are staff ofeducational institutions, primary schools, secondary schools, high schools, continuing education centers and qualified kindergartens. Trainees are divided into 4 classes.

Participating in the training course, trainees were guided by experts in charge of the VietBiblio system from Binh Dinh Provincial Library to deploy, install, set up, and exploit the functions of VietBiblio software, support access to professional library expertise; guide the identification of information resources in libraries, including directly performing the basic steps on the Vietbiblio shared library management system such as: Reviewing information resources of libraries to serve the implementation of business processes; printing and labeling barcodes; configuring and managing; cataloging documents, printing individual registration books.

The training course aims to equip trainees with the necessary knowledge and skills to deploy the VietBiblio shared library management system in small and medium-sized libraries, serving the digital transformation task of the library industry.
