On October 11, the Government Office held an online training conference on administrative procedure reform and control, and implementation of administrative procedures in the electronic environment.
Attending at the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee bridge were representatives of the Provincial People's Committee Office; relevant departments, branches and sectors.

At the training conference, delegates were introduced to an overview of administrative procedure control; instructions on reviewing, evaluating, and restructuring administrative procedure processes to provide online public services, standardizing application forms, declarations, and establishing interactive electronic forms; instructions on digitalizing records and results of administrative procedure settlement; sharing data between the administrative procedure settlement information system at the ministerial and provincial levels and the National Public Service Portal; introducing a set of indicators for directing, operating, and evaluating the quality of service for people and businesses in performing administrative procedures and public services in real time in the electronic environment according to Decision No. 766/QD-TTg, dated June 23, 2022 of the Prime Minister .

The training conference aims to equip knowledge, improve skills and expertise for the staff, civil servants and public employees of the Provincial People's Committee Office; departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees at district and commune levels in implementing administrative procedure reform, controlling administrative procedures, implementing administrative procedures in the electronic environment; at the same time, effectively applying information technology in handling administrative procedures, implementing review and simplification of internal administrative procedures in the state administrative system.
At the conference, delegates also exchanged and shared practical experiences and had the reporters answer some questions related to the control and implementation of administrative procedures in the electronic environment, aiming to effectively implement digital transformation goals, build e-government, digital government...
