Training on team work in residential areas

Leaders of the Provincial Youth Center delivered the message at the training class.

During the 2 days (April 15-16), trainees were equipped with knowledge and skills in professional work of the Young Pioneers at the grassroots level; practiced Team rituals and ceremonies; methods of organizing collective dances, folk dances, and stage dances; skills in working with children, organizing games and staging artistic performances.

The training course is also an opportunity for trainees to exchange experiences, share good practices, and effective solutions to build a growing Young Pioneer organization and youth movement at the grassroots level. Through the training course, it contributes to improving the quality of Young Pioneer activities and youth movements, building a strong Young Pioneer organization, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new period.
