Training on state management in the field of land for 75 communes and wards

On July 8, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Son La organized a training conference on professional skills in state management in the field of land under the authority of communes in the area.

Attending the conference were leaders of 75 communes and wards ; representatives of leaders and civil servants of the Economic Department of communes; Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of wards, and specialized officers in charge of land sector of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.

To ensure smooth reception and settlement of administrative procedures in the land sector, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue a Decision to announce the list and internal procedures of 46 administrative procedures in the land sector under the state management functions of the Department. Of which, there are 9 procedures linked to the Provincial People's Committee; 23 procedures under the authority of the Department; 14 procedures under the authority of the commune level. Establish a working group to support commune-level authorities in the fields of agriculture and environment.

At the Conference, delegates were introduced to the basic procedures of the operation: Overlaying maps from data sources to serve the verification of land use origin; instructions on using the software to operate and update the land database (VBDLIS) to print land use right certificates.

The training content helps commune-level cadres and civil servants grasp the decentralization, delegation of authority, role and responsibility of the People's Committee at the commune level in state management of land; equip them with more knowledge and skills in using land database software and specialized software, contributing to ensuring the progress and quality of performing tasks according to regulations.
