Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Council Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong visited and gave gifts to policy families

On the morning of July 22, the working delegation of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, led by Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, visited and presented gifts to policy families in Thanh An, Minh Thanh, Long Hoa, and Dau Tieng communes of Ho Chi Minh City, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 2047 - July 27, 2025).

In Thanh An commune, the delegation visited and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Huynh Thi My in Ca Tong hamlet and Heroic Vietnamese Mother Nguyen Thi Huan in Dinh Tho hamlet.

Here, the delegation kindly visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to the mothers, wishing them continued good health, happiness, and well-being with their children and grandchildren.

Also that morning, the delegation visited and presented gifts to Mr. Hoang Van Binh, a disabled veteran (category 4/4) in Vung Tay hamlet, Long Hoa commune.

This is one of the meaningful and practical activities of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee aimed at caring for the material and spiritual lives of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, wounded soldiers, and those who have contributed to the revolution, demonstrating the tradition of remembering our nation's roots.

To commemorate the 78th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs, on the morning of July 22nd, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thuan An Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, organized delegations to visit and present gifts to families of policy beneficiaries in the locality.

The delegation of officials from Thuan An ward presented gifts to the family of Tran Thi Tu, who rendered meritorious services to the revolution, in Thanh Loc neighborhood, Thuan An ward.

The delegation, led by Comrade Tran Thi Diem Trinh, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People's Council of Thuan An Ward, visited and presented gifts to the family of a Vietnamese Heroic Mother in An My Hamlet; the family of war invalid 2/4 Bui Xuan Phuong in Thanh Hoa A neighborhood; and the family of Tran Thi Tu, who contributed to the revolution, in Thanh Loc neighborhood…

At each location visited, Comrade Tran Thi Diem Trinh expressed her deep gratitude for the immense contributions and sacrifices of the Heroic Vietnamese Mothers, wounded soldiers, martyrs, and those who rendered meritorious services to the revolution for the cause of national liberation and reunification.

The Secretary of the Thuan An Party Committee pledged to continue paying more attention to the lives of policy beneficiary families and people with meritorious services; to promptly encourage and support policy beneficiaries to improve their lives and uphold revolutionary traditions in building the heroic homeland of Thuan An.
