The Deputy Commander of Military Region 9 emphasized that the Ministry of National Defense's gifting of portrait statues of President Ho Chi Minh to the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones in An Giang province is a concrete action contributing to the widespread dissemination of the core values of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style to every cadre, Party member, and citizen.
