In addition, students also have the opportunity to directly exchange, discuss and share experiences in the process of making journalistic works for the contest; participate in local reality programs to gain more useful knowledge to create excellent works.

The training course aims to foster professional skills and improve the professional qualifications of journalists and members of the Provincial Journalists Association; guide reporters, editors, technicians, and full-time collaborators in skills to organize and produce high-quality press works, creating a source of works to participate in the National Press Awards, Provincial Press Awards, and other specialized press awards.
