Training on collecting information about workers linked to the national population database - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

On August 19, in Bao Lac commune, the Department of Home Affairs organized a training conference on collecting information about workers associated with the national population database in 2025 for nearly 40 trainees who are leaders of the commune People's Committee, heads of departments, members of the Steering Committee for digital transformation; leaders and experts of the Department of Culture - Society of the communes: Son Lo, Hung Dao, Bao Lac, Coc Pang, Co Ba, Khanh Xuan, Xuan Truong, Huy Giap.

Trainees were informed and implemented of central and local documents related to collecting information about workers in conjunction with the National Population Database. They were instructed on the following procedures: collecting information about workers in labor management; procedures for payment and settlement of collection costs... In addition, the reporter shared practical experiences and answered questions so that grassroots officials could effectively apply them locally.

The training course aims to enhance the role, responsibility, foster and update knowledge and skills for cadres, civil servants and investigators to effectively collect, update, edit and synthesize information about workers in the area to form a database of workers linked to the National Population Database; serve as a basis for labor management, establish electronic labor books for workers; plan policies on labor, employment, vocational training, human resource development, and develop local socio -economic development plans.
