On August 8, the Provincial People's Committee issued Plan 130/KH-UBND on implementing Program No. 41-CTr/TU, dated May 29, 2023 of the Provincial Party Committee on implementing Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW, dated November 17, 2022 of the Politburo on "Continuing to promote industrialization and modernization of the country to 2030, with a vision to 2045".

The province's goal by 2030 is to achieve an average economic growth rate of 12% per year; the proportion of trained workers with degrees and certificates will reach 26.18%; the proportion of digital economy will account for about 30% of total social products; the urbanization rate will reach 47%; the proportion of hazardous waste collected and treated according to regulations will reach 98%...

Vision to 2045, build Dak Lak province to truly be the center of the Central Highlands in all fields. Form large production areas of industrial crops, fruit trees and renewable energy centers of the Central Highlands. Ensure the material, cultural and spiritual life of the people to reach the national average...

The solutions implemented by Dak Lak province are to innovate thinking, raise awareness and take drastic actions, continue to promote industrialization and modernization; continue to supplement and perfect the province's policy mechanisms to promote industrialization and modernization; build a strong, self-reliant and self-reliant industry; improve the capacity of the construction sector; accelerate the industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas; continue to restructure the service sector based on the foundation of science - technology, innovation; develop science - technology, innovation and high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization; develop synchronous and modern infrastructure; promote rapid and sustainable urbanization, closely connect and create momentum for the country's industrialization and modernization; innovate financial and credit policies to promote rapid and sustainable industrialization and modernization of the country; strengthen the management and effective use of land and resources; Proactively prevent and combat natural disasters, respond to climate change and protect the environment; at the same time, promote the cultural values, bravery and intelligence of Dak Lak people in accelerating industrialization and modernization; ensure social security.

The Provincial People's Committee requests heads of departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to organize implementation based on their assigned functions, tasks and work; promptly handle or recommend competent authorities to handle arising issues, and promote the responsibility of leaders in supervising and organizing effective implementation of tasks.
