On October 5, the international cruise ship National Geographic Resolution docked at Ben Dam port, bringing tourists from the US, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand to visit Con Dao .
The Management Board of Con Dao National Tourist Area organized a reception at the port, and gave souvenirs and travel guides to the tourists on board.
About 50 passengers on the ship divided into 2 groups to visit Con Dao, explore famous destinations such as So Ray, Hang Duong Cemetery, Con Dao Museum, French Tiger Cages, Phu Hai Camp, snorkeling, kayaking and eco-tourism at Hon Bay Canh.

At around 5:30 p.m. the same day, the National Geographic Resolution ship left Ben Dam port, safely ending its tour of Con Dao and continuing to Malaysia.
The National Geographic Resolution, a Bahamas-registered ship, has been in operation since late 2021. With a length of 125m, the ship can accommodate 138 guests, and has a beautiful exterior design shaped like a blue whale. The ship can sail on frozen waters, along with modern equipment like a floating resort complex.
Previously on October 4, this expedition ship docked and stayed for 24 hours for foreign tourists to visit and explore Ho Chi Minh City.
