20 matchsticks are arranged into 5 squares, including one large 3x3 square and 4 small 1x1 squares, as shown below. How can 7 squares be formed by moving only two matchsticks?

Note, you are not allowed to break matches, stack them on top of each other or stack extra matches (match ends do not connect to other matches).
