Developing Thai Binh tourism is closely linked with tourism in the provinces in the Red River Delta and the Northeast coast, especially with major tourist centers such as Hanoi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Ninh Binh, etc. to promote the advantages of location as well as the unique values ​​of tourism products.

Building tourism products for sightseeing, research, festivals and spirituality of Keo Pagoda into typical tourism products of the province, gradually forming the province's tourism brand. By 2030, completing the system of cultural and ecological tourism products in the direction of developing tourism space, contributing to affirming the tourism brand of Thai Binh.
