The total capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister to Thai Nguyen province in 2023 is 7,863 billion VND; the capital plan assigned by the locality is nearly 8,811 billion VND. By the end of October, the cumulative capital payment reached 4,616 billion VND. Of which, the capital payment plan in 2023 reached 4,485 billion VND, equal to 57.05% of the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister.

To accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital and strive to complete 100% of the assigned plan, the Provincial People's Committee has established a Working Group to urge and remove difficulties and obstacles; and issued many directive documents on promoting the disbursement of public investment capital. The leaders of the Provincial People's Committee regularly hold review meetings, directly survey construction sites, and resolutely direct departments, branches, and localities to remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing projects.
At the recent 28th Plenary Session of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives of project management boards, local authorities and many investors from departments, branches and sectors pledged to complete the disbursement of the capital plan assigned this year.
Since the beginning of the year, many large-scale projects have been completed and put into use, bringing positive results, such as: Thai Nguyen City Dynamic Urban Development Project; Hanoi Capital Region Ring Road V Project (section from National Highway 37 to Cau River Overpass, Phu Binh District); Upgrading and renovating DT.266, DT.261; Tuc Tranh High School, Phu Luong District; Doi Can High School, Dai Tu District; Headquarters of the Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Agencies...
