Thai Nguyen participates in many meaningful activities in the tourism program "Through the heritage sites of Viet Bac"

Responding to the Program, Thai Nguyen province actively participated in propaganda and promotion activities on mass media, organized visual propaganda and propaganda on social networking sites; participated in booths to introduce and promote Thai Nguyen tourism products; organized athletes to participate in the Bac Kan Province Open Mountain Bike Race (conquering the new route Bac Kan City - Ba Be Lake); participated in the Exhibition of paintings and tourism photos of 6 Viet Bac provinces.

According to Mr. Le Ngoc Linh - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thai Nguyen, by participating in the program, Thai Nguyen wishes to promote the potential and strengths of tourism in Thai Nguyen province in particular and the Viet Bac region in general through organizing regional cultural and tourism events, connecting and integrating with a series of events in the provinces to attract the attention of media units, tourists, tourism businesses and investors.

At the program, Thai Nguyen focused on designing and organizing the exhibition space for 20 works (paintings, photos) introducing the potential and typical tourism activities of Thai Nguyen province. In particular, with its rich history, culture and favorable conditions for natural tourism, famous landscapes are potentials and advantages for Thai Nguyen to develop sustainable tourism, especially community tourism.

"Not only contributing to preserving and promoting cultural values, the community tourism model also plays an important role in local socio-economic development, helping people improve their lives," said Mr. Le Ngoc Linh.

To date, the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province has recognized 6 community tourism destinations: Thai Hai Ethnic Ecological Stilt House Village Conservation Area (Thinh Duc Commune, Thai Nguyen City); Quyen Ethnic Cultural Village (Diem Mac Commune, Dinh Hoa District); Mo Ga Hamlet, Phu Thuong Commune (Vo Nhai); Tan Cuong Commune (Thai Nguyen City); Ghenh Che Lake (Song Cong City) and Tan Son Hamlet, La Bang Commune (Dai Tu).

Tourism products are formed on the basis of exploiting the strengths of natural landscapes along with the traditional cultural values of local ethnic minorities...
