Raul John Aju, a 16-year-old Indian teenager, attracted attention when he founded his own AI startup, developed technological tools, and hired his own father as an employee.

Raul John Aju, 16 years old, from Kerala state (India), is called "AI prodigy" by the media. Raul's name exploded after speaking at the India Today South Conclave 2025 with a shocking statement about AI.
He has been exposed to technology since the age of 6 and has developed more than 10 artificial intelligence tools to date. One of them is Me-bot, a communication robot that simulates Raul's voice and working ability.
His startup, Arm Technologies, is partnering with the governments of Kerala and Dubai to develop the legal AI platform JustEase. Raul attracted attention when he revealed that he recruited his own father into the company, considering it a family bond in starting a business. He also called for the Indian education system to shift from grades to nurturing skills and creativity.
