Thang Binh reclaims 635 hectares of land to carry out projects

After more than 10 years of implementing Directive No. 26, Thang Binh has reclaimed about 635 hectares of land with support and compensation costs of more than 547 billion VND to implement projects in the district.

Specifically, 20 hectares will be recovered to implement the resettlement area project in the center of Binh Duong commune (phase 2); more than 76.8 hectares will be recovered to implement the Nam Hoi An resort project; nearly 28 hectares will be recovered to implement the road connecting the rescue road to National Highway 1 (at Cay Coc intersection); 49 hectares will be recovered to implement the Ho Do reservoir project; 36.3 hectares will be recovered to implement the Tam Thang Industrial Park infrastructure investment and business project; 10.86 hectares will be recovered to implement the Nam Thang Binh People's Cemetery project (phase 1)...

From 2013 to present, Thang Binh has issued about 15,000 land use right certificates with 915 hectares to households and individuals for the first time; surveyed 5,783.9 hectares, issued 11,942 land use right certificates with an area of ​​3,044.2 hectares of land after land consolidation for households.

Regarding the construction of the land records system and land database, up to now, 57,626 land use right certificates have been granted to people in 11 communes in the eastern and central regions of the district, reaching 75.9%.

Currently, the cadastral database on the land information system has integrated the cadastral database of 11 communes including: Binh Duong, Binh Dao, Binh Hai, Binh Sa, Binh Minh, Binh Nam, Binh Giang, Binh Phuc, Binh Tu, Binh Trung, Binh Trieu.
