Workers' Month 2025 with the theme "Vietnamese Workers Pioneering into a New Era" has been actively implemented by 1,240 grassroots unions with many meaningful activities aimed at taking care of union members and workers. In particular, unions at all levels have spent more than 3 billion VND to visit and take care of more than 7,200 union members. The Provincial Federation of Labor has directed and guided grassroots unions to coordinate with agencies and units to organize "Union Meals" at 24 units with more than 5,200 meals, worth more than 276.2 million VND in total. In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor has effectively organized the "Learning about Occupational Safety and Hygiene" Contest in 2025 with 12,631 union members and workers participating in the contest. During the peak period of union member development, trade unions at all levels in the province established 10 new grassroots unions and recruited 2,199 new union members; supported more than 1.1 billion VND to build and repair houses for 27 union member families in difficult circumstances...

In the coming time, trade unions at all levels in the province will focus on implementing the arrangement of the organizational apparatus to ensure synchronization, unity, and efficiency, associated with restructuring and improving the quality of cadres and civil servants to meet requirements and tasks. At the same time, promote digital transformation in trade union activities and enhance interaction, connection, and management of union members via digital platforms; implement the Peak Month for union member development associated with the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union towards achieving the goals and plans for union member development and establishment of grassroots trade unions in 2025; thoroughly grasp the contents of the higher levels on organizing trade union congresses at all levels towards the Vietnam Trade Union Congress for the term 2026 - 2031...
