Implementing the "Month of Mass Mobilization" plan of the Standing Committee of the Doan Hung District Party Committee, in July 2024, 22 communes and towns in the district simultaneously implemented mass mobilization work with 10 key contents and more than 200 specific tasks covering the fields of economy, culture-social affairs, and building the political system.
With the involvement of the entire political system and the contributions of officers and soldiers of Regiment 98, Division 316, Military Region 2, the Party committees and authorities of the communes and towns have skillfully mobilized the people's strength to create a new appearance.
The handover of the "People's Mobilization House" to Mr. La Van Luan in Zone 6, Bang Doan Commune, is one of the practical activities during the People's Mobilization Month.
During the peak period of the "Month of Mass Mobilization" in Bang Doan commune - the district-level initiating unit - the forces, along with officers and soldiers of Regiment 98, Division 316, contributed nearly 4,000 man-hours to carry out a series of activities related to 9 areas, helping the locality accelerate the progress of building new rural areas (NRA) such as: planting trees and flowers, environmental sanitation; supporting the construction of a solidarity house for Ms. Doan Thi Du's family in Zone 6, handing over a "House of Mass Mobilization" to Mr. La Van Luan; launching the "New Rural Flag Road" model, expanding the "Security Light" model; building playgrounds for children, donating fire extinguishers to households, and giving health insurance cards to poor households.
Hung Vuong General Hospital, the District Health Center, and Ngoc Thien Pharmaceutical Company Limited have provided medical supplies, conducted free medical examinations and dispensed free medicine to the people in the commune; organized training sessions, disseminated legal information, and launched the "Mobile Legal Information Dissemination Team" model...
Not only in Bang Doan, the "Month of Mass Mobilization" was also implemented in all communes and towns in the district with many specific and practical tasks: Building a "Religious Flag Road" model in La Hoang area, Chi Dam commune; building a "bright, green, clean, and beautiful" road section model on the road from Xuan Ang area to Dinh Lang Ca village, Chi Dam commune; supporting the construction and repair of the flood bypass road in the Southwest from area 13 to area 2 Ngoc Quan with a length of 2km; continuing to implement the "Bright from the alley, beautiful from the house" model in 22 communes and towns; supporting the construction of a cultural house in area 6, Minh Phu commune; supporting the construction of staff housing for trade union members at Van Don Primary School; building houses for veteran association members and repairing and upgrading some traffic routes, clearing irrigation canals in the fields...
In particular, during the 2024 year of mass mobilization, the Standing Committee of the Doan Hung District Party Committee issued a plan to build a "Mass Mobilization House" with the aim of helping and creating conditions for Catholic people in difficult circumstances to improve their lives, while affirming the concern of the district Party committee and government for religious affairs.
The close coordination between Party committees, government, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations from the district to the grassroots level with agencies, units, and armed forces stationed in the area in building infrastructure, helping people develop the economy , reduce poverty, and build new rural areas has contributed to improving the effectiveness of mass mobilization work in the district, strengthening the bond between local Party committees, government, and the people.
According to Nguyen Duc Luong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Doan Hung District Party Committee: The "Month of Mass Mobilization" activities will continue to create a new "momentum" among cadres, Party members, and the people in the district, encouraging them to participate more actively in campaigns, patriotic emulation movements, and mass mobilization work, contributing to consolidating national unity, improving the material and spiritual lives of the people, and mobilizing the people's strength to participate in building model new rural areas, new rural communes, and advanced new rural areas.
