Applicable subjects include communes and wards; agencies and units related to the implementation of administrative unit arrangement at commune level in the province.
This does not include communes and wards receiving the working headquarters of the old district-level Party and government agencies.
The Decision also stipulates the provision of support for repairing and upgrading facilities and essential equipment for the Public Administration Service Center at the commune level to ensure smooth and continuous operation; Support for repairing the working headquarters of Party, government and Fatherland Front agencies at the commune level; Purchase essential equipment to serve the working needs of officials (computers, printers, desks and chairs, document cabinets, etc.); Construction and repair of official housing for officials and civil servants residing in communes in mountainous areas and other necessary tasks.
The support level is specifically defined as follows:
Communes and wards (belonging to towns, cities and districts of the old delta): 2.5 billion VND/commune, ward.
Mountainous communes (belonging to old lowland districts) 1: 4 billion VND/commune.
Mountainous communes (belonging to old mountainous districts) 2: 5.5 billion VND/commune.
