Form a volunteer team to support election day.

On the morning of March 14th, the Youth Union of Ha Giang 2 Ward held a meeting to discuss tasks and launch the volunteer youth team to support the election day for National Assembly and People's Council representatives for the 2026-2031 term. This activity aims to prepare youth union members to participate in serving and supporting voters on election day, which will take place on March 15th.

At the meeting, the organizing committee outlined the support procedures and processes at the polling stations; and emphasized the responsibility, conduct, and attitude of the volunteer force when performing their duties. According to the plan, 17 volunteer youth teams will be established, corresponding to the 17 polling stations in the ward. Each polling station will have 5-8 volunteers, with a total of approximately 100 volunteers participating. These teams will guide voters through the voting process; assist the elderly and people with disabilities; and coordinate in maintaining order and ensuring environmental hygiene at the polling stations.

With the pioneering spirit, responsibility, and enthusiasm of youth, the members of the Youth Union in Ha Giang 2 ward are ready to contribute to the local efforts to ensure that Election Day takes place safely, in accordance with the law, democratically, and successfully.
