Establishment of Vietnam Cultural Industry Development Association

On May 30, the Ministry of Home Affairs issued Decision No. 541/QD-BNV on allowing the establishment of the Vietnam Cultural Industry Development Association.

The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a Decision permitting the establishment of the Vietnam Cultural Industry Development Association.

Accordingly, the Vietnam Association for the Development of Cultural Industry is a socio-professional organization, organized and operating under the Charter approved by the Minister of Home Affairs, complying with the provisions of law, subject to the state management of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and ministries and branches related to the field of operation of the Association.

The Vietnam Association for the Development of Cultural Industries has legal status, its own seal and account, and is self-sufficient in funding, headquarters and means of operation.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Head of the Association Establishment Promotion Board, the President of the Vietnam Cultural Industry Development Association, the Director of the Department of Non- Governmental Organizations and the Chief of Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
