Young man driving motorbike crossed lane and crashed into traffic police car

Authorities are investigating a traffic accident between a motorbike and a traffic police patrol vehicle that left two people injured.

The traffic accident occurred at around 12:50 p.m. on May 20 at Km38+600 National Highway 27 (through Yang Tao commune, Lak district).

According to initial information, at the above time, the traffic police patrol motorbike was traveling from Buon Ma Thuot City - Lak District. When arriving at the above location, the patrol motorbike was hit by a motorbike with license plate 47N1 - 202.71 driven by YLRB (born in 2001, residing in Yang Tao Commune) following YLU (born in 2003, residing in the same commune) traveling in the opposite direction.

At the time of the accident, both young men riding the motorbike were not wearing helmets. The accident injured a traffic police officer and a YLRB officer.

Initial cause determined YLRB driving motorbike in the wrong lane leading to traffic accident.
