Mr. Hoang Xuan Tan, Vice Chairman of Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee, spoke at the ceremony.

At the end of the ceremony, delegates participated in a parade in response to World Wildlife Day and the National Biodiversity Restoration Year 2024.
