Doctor Le Anh Tuan, Head of the General Planning Department, People's Hospital 115, said that as of this morning (January 19), patient LHTN had his endotracheal tube removed, blood filtration and vasopressor stopped, and all vital signs were progressing well.
The patient was monitored and treated at the Intensive Care - Anti-Poison Department, People's Hospital 115.
Previously, patient N. was transferred from Cao Kim Beauty Salon (69A, 3/2 Street, Ward 11, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City) to People's Hospital 115 in a state of lethargy and severe respiratory failure. The patient suffered from multiple organ failure and respiratory failure and was supported with mechanical ventilation, vital signs monitoring, fluid replacement, and blood filtration every day.
Doctor Tuan said that after taking the patient's medical history, the beauty salon staff said that while the patient was being numbed for the second time, about 45 minutes after the first time, he started vomiting and stiffening his body. The beauty salon injected adrenaline and then called the 115 Emergency Center.
