Experts say that in the context of the price level of central apartments in Ho Chi Minh City reaching 110-200 million VND/m² - the highest level in history, this large-scale supply will contribute to "cooling down" the pressure of price increases, bringing the market to a more reasonable level, in line with the Government 's orientation for sustainable housing development.
