- On the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnam Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025), Lang Son Province Center for Continuing Education , Information Technology and Foreign Languages ​​is proud to honor teacher Le Thanh Hung , Head of Training Management Department - who has just been awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister " For outstanding achievements in education and training, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland ".

This noble award is not only a recognition of the journey of 7 consecutive years of excellent performance, with 4 times achieving the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level (2018 - 2019, 2022 - 2023, 2023 - 2024, 2024 - 2025) along with many certificates of merit at the Ministry and provincial levels, but also a vivid proof of the tireless dedication of a dedicated teacher to the profession.

Faced with such a great honor, Mr. Le Thanh Hung humbly said: “In my work, I not only strive to innovate, be creative and dedicated in every teaching hour, but also focus on helping students orient and choose a career that suits their abilities and the actual labor needs of the locality. From there, students can both study culture and learn a trade and have a stable job after graduating. My greatest joy is seeing them choose the right career, have solid skills and be independent after graduating. That is also the motivation for me to continue to contribute. Dedication to the profession is my ideal when entering the teaching profession.”

The "telling" numbers in the past 5 years are the clearest proof: Mr. Hung has directly advised on the organization of joint training for 6 university classes with 395 students, 35 vocational secondary classes with 1,025 students; linking vocational training with business practices through practice trips to hotels and restaurants: Muong Thanh, Vinpearl, Hoa Sim, Thao Vien..., helping many students have stable jobs right after graduation.

At the same time, he trained a team of excellent students in Literature to win 7/8 provincial prizes (2 Third prizes, 5 Encouragement prizes) in the two school years 2019 - 2020 and 2023 - 2024. The results of the National High School Graduation Exam from 2019 to present, the average score of students at the center is always higher than the average level of the continuing education sector in the province with the graduation rate of students reaching over 97%, no students with failing scores.

These achievements become even more meaningful in the context of continuing education - where students are mostly young workers, with some exceptions such as older people returning to study after years of struggling to make a living, or children carrying the burden of family circumstances...

This characteristic requires teachers not only to impart knowledge but also to inspire confidence and orient the future in a close and practical way. As a teacher, Mr. Le Thanh Hung has imbued the spirit of "each teacher is a model of morality, self-study and creativity". However, as a manager, he does not just stop at imparting lessons, he also proactively advises on building the Center's Development Strategy for the period 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030; a project to reorganize the unit and grant licenses for the "Basic Information Technology Application" certificate exam, at the same time calling on businesses to invest in equipment, bringing vocational intermediate students to guide tours to experience the real world in localities such as Hai Phong, Ninh Binh, Hanoi and famous places in Lang Son province.

The result of those efforts is that 3 students of the center won second prize in the 2023-2024 school year's Excellent Vocational Competition, thereby contributing to raising the reputation of the Center amid many challenges.

With a background of a Master of Literature, Mr. Hung has always been a pioneer in innovation, turning Literature lessons into a lively and humorous space by integrating real-life examples, applying digital technology, teaching online on online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet or AI technology to support lectures. This is especially valuable for students at the center - when cultural studies and vocational training always go hand in hand.

Throughout that journey, he has always been an exemplary party member: a member of the Party Cell Executive Committee for two terms, successfully completing his tasks for many consecutive years, active in the trade union movement, youth union and charity activities. As the permanent secretary of the school's Science Council, he regularly urges innovative experiences, has many topics recognized at the provincial level, and spreads good experiences to colleagues inside and outside the unit.
