In recent days, social networks have been sharing works of art drawn by a teacher using chalk on the board on the theme of August Revolution Day and National Day September 2, which have delighted many people.
The owner of these works is Mr. Nguyen Tri Hanh - 42 years old, art teacher at Hermann Gmeiner Vinh High School, Nghe An .
Sharing with Tuoi Tre Online , Mr. Hanh said he started working on this project in May, when students were on summer vacation. He usually draws on the board at school, then takes photos and videos of the process of creating the work.
In the series of paintings on the theme of National Day September 2, Mr. Hanh created 5 works: Uncle Ho visits his hometown, Uncle Ho reads the Declaration of Independence, Uncle Ho with children, The man looking for the shape of the country and 80 years, I love my country Vietnam so much .
"This year's National Day, September 2, with its 80th anniversary, is an extremely special occasion for the nation.
"I want to recreate the heroic atmosphere of Independence Day, with streets filled with flags and flowers, the image of Uncle Ho reading the Declaration of Independence, the joy of the people and children... through my work," said Mr. Hanh.

The most favorite of the latest works, Mr. Hanh said the painting named "80 years, I love my Vietnam" was completed by him after three consecutive days, from sketching, coloring to perfecting the light, depth...
Starting to draw with chalk in 2020, Mr. Hanh has created about 500 works with various themes, from heroic historical moments, portraits of famous people, to simple landscapes of his homeland.
Paintings such as "Immortal Spring" and "North - South One House" impress people with the sophistication in each stroke and historical significance.
Chalkboard drawings have a very short lifespan, only a few hours to a few days. After that, the teacher is forced to erase them to return the board to teaching activities or make room for new works.
"Although the image on the board had to be erased, the impressive emotions of the viewers and the re-sharing on social networks urged me to continue creating new works, so that the beautiful moments will be extended," Mr. Hanh shared.
