Replacing members of the Prime Minister's Advisory Council on Administrative Procedure Reform

(Chinhphu.vn) - Minister, Head of the Government Office Tran Van Son - Chairman of the Prime Minister's Advisory Council for Administrative Procedure Reform signed Document No. 27/QD-HDTV dated March 24, 2025 on changing the members of the Prime Minister's Advisory Council for Administrative Procedure Reform.

Accordingly, the members of the Prime Minister 's Advisory Council on Administrative Procedure Reform (Advisory Council) are changed as follows:

Mr. Nguyen Duy Hoang, Director of the Department of Administrative Procedure Control, Government Office , is the Permanent Vice Chairman and General Secretary of the Advisory Council, replacing Mr. Ngo Hai Phan, who was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Digital Transformation - Cryptography, Central Office of the Party.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Chinh, Vice President of the Vietnam Lawyers Association, term XIV, 2024-2029, is a member of the Advisory Council replacing Mr. Tran Duc Long, former Vice President of the Vietnam Lawyers Association.

Mr. Nguyen Hoai Nam, General Secretary of the Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers, is a member of the Advisory Council replacing Mr. Truong Dinh Hoe, former General Secretary of the Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers.

According to the provisions of Decision No. 1682/QD-TTg dated December 26, 2023 , the Administrative Procedure Reform Advisory Council is an advisory organization of the Prime Minister, with the function of advising and proposing to the Prime Minister reform initiatives on mechanisms, policies, and administrative procedures related to production, business activities and people's lives; evaluating the implementation of administrative procedure reform at ministries, branches, and localities.

The Advisory Council researches, advises and proposes to the Prime Minister and the Head of the Prime Minister's Administrative Procedure Reform Working Group on reform initiatives on mechanisms, policies and administrative procedures related to the production and business activities of enterprises and the lives of people; proactively grasps and synthesizes the reflections and recommendations of individuals and organizations on mechanisms, policies and administrative procedures that are barriers to the production and business activities of enterprises and the lives of people to promptly provide information and report to the Prime Minister and the Head of the Prime Minister's Administrative Procedure Reform Working Group to direct the removal or directly request ministries, branches and localities to consider and handle according to their authority; participates in giving opinions on administrative procedures and regulations related to business activities expected to be issued in projects, draft legal documents and plans to reduce and simplify them, etc.
