On the afternoon of August 28, within the framework of the exhibition "95 years of the Party Flag lighting the way", the discussion "Young generation with the aspiration for independence and freedom of our ancestors" took place with the participation of guest speakers, attracting many audiences such as veterans and a large number of young people.

Burning desire from historical memories

In his leading role, poet Huu Viet - former Head of the Culture and Arts Department of Nhan Dan Newspaper, currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Writers Association, term X - opened a solemn but intimate space, where history is told through both memories and emotions.

The seminar had the participation of guests: Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Manh Ha - former Deputy Director of the Vietnam Military History Institute, former Director of the Party History Institute (Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics ); Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen The Ky - former member of the Party Central Committee, currently Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council.

The speakers reenacted important historical milestones, from the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam in 1930, the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement, the Bac Son Uprising, the day Uncle Ho returned to the country to directly lead the revolution, to the August Revolution and the event of September 2, 1945 - when President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.

Each milestone is not only mentioned by numbers but also by the research perspective and memories of the previous generation, making the discussion a lively "bridge" where young people can both learn history and empathize with history with heart and responsibility.

In that atmosphere, Mr. Luu Xuan Lai (Canh Thuy ward, Bac Ninh province) emotionally shared: “We lived through the arduous war years, when the country was still facing many difficulties. I just hope that today's young generation will always maintain their faith in the Party, continue the tradition of their ancestors, and build the country to become increasingly prosperous and strong.”

From the audience seats, Nguyen Gia Tuan Anh (Hanoi) was moved: “Hearing the elders recount the historical milestones, I feel history is closer than ever. I understand more that today's freedom does not come naturally, but is exchanged for blood and bones.”

95 years of spirit alive in every moment

The exhibition “95 years of the Party Flag lighting the way” will continue until September 5, promising to bring the public a visual and emotional journey. The exciting atmosphere spread throughout the space: veterans were moved when standing in front of the souvenirs that had been associated with their youth; young people excitedly checked in, recorded clips to share their emotions on social networks; children were delighted with interactive technology, where each page of history was “revived” through 3D images and virtual reality models.

In particular, the exhibition is planned into 8 display areas, comprehensively recreating the glorious journey of the Party and the nation. The spaces range from the days when the Party was born, leading the people to gain independence, to the construction of socialism, innovation and international integration. In addition, the exhibition also has a solemn section depicting the portraits of President Ho Chi Minh, the Party General Secretaries through the periods, and conveying the aspiration to build a strong Vietnam.

In particular, many young people shared that the moment they stopped at the exhibition space "Ho Chi Minh - Founder and trainer of our Party; General Secretaries through the ages" left them with the most emotions.

“Looking back at the portraits of Uncle Ho and the leaders through each period, I feel more clearly about the inheritance, continuity and responsibility of today's young generation for the future of the country,” Hong Nhung (Hanoi) shared.

In addition to the discussion, the exhibition also organizes activities to educate about the Party's historical traditions (Media Tour). With the guidance of experts with rich knowledge and multi-dimensional perspectives, the public, especially the young generation, has the opportunity to visit, experience and explore the typical highlights of the exhibition. In each space, meaningful historical stories are vividly recreated, helping participants understand more deeply the journey of formation, development and core values ​​of our Party.

The exhibition “95 years of the Party Flag lighting the way” is not only a journey to recreate the glorious milestones, but also an opportunity for today’s young generation to directly “touch” history through vivid images and documents. It is an experience that no book can replace, helping them nurture their pride and sense of responsibility towards the Fatherland.
