On the morning of September 16, at Dien Hong Hall - National Assembly House, the Politburo and the Secretariat held a national conference to disseminate and implement Resolutions No. 59-NQ/TW, No. 70-NQ/TW, No. 71-NQ/TW and No. 72-NQ/TW of the Politburo. General Secretary To Lam attended and delivered a speech at the conference.

The conference was held live from Dien Hong Hall, National Assembly House and combined online to connecting points across the country with more than 1.2 million delegates attending at the connecting points. The conference was broadcast live on channels and waves of Vietnam Television and Voice of Vietnam .
