187 more foreign investors were granted securities trading codes in June

Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) said that in June, 187 more foreign investors were granted securities trading codes.

Specifically, in June 2025, VSDC granted securities trading codes to 187 foreign investors and economic organizations with foreign investment owning more than 50% of charter capital (18 organizations and 169 individuals).

In addition, VSDC has approved information changes for 72 foreign investors (19 organizations and 53 individuals), and canceled securities trading codes for 4 foreign investors (3 organizations and 1 individual).

The current number of securities trading codes is 50,204 codes (6,183 organizations and 44,021 individuals).

Thus, in the second quarter of 2025, the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation granted securities trading codes to 572 foreign investors (including 58 organizations and 514 individuals).

Cancel securities trading codes for 11 foreign investors (including 9 organizations and 2 individuals).

The current number of securities trading codes is 50,204 codes (6,183 organizations and 44,021 individuals).
