21 more cars with Hai Duong license plates were fined in Hanoi

Last May, the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police detected 451 traffic violations through surveillance cameras, including 21 cars with Hai Duong license plates.

The Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police has just announced a list of vehicles violating traffic safety in May (from May 1 to 31), detected through the surveillance camera system.

Vehicle owners and drivers, upon receiving a notice of a fine, or by looking up a fine on the website of the Traffic Police Department (at csgt.vn), can go to the place where the violation was discovered to resolve it.

When paying the fine, people need to bring their vehicle registration, technical safety and environmental protection inspection certificate, the violator's driver's license, and the violator's citizen identification card (1 photocopy of each type of document).

Previously, in April 2025, 29 cars with Hai Duong license plates were fined in Hanoi.
