Marinate for about 30 minutes to 1 hour to let the spices soak in. Then, add 1 egg yolk, 20 grams of fried flour, galangal pulp, and mac mat leaves, mix well and put in an air fryer to grill or fry in oil.
Put the pan on the stove, when the pan is hot enough, add oil and boil until it boils, then add the meat and cook on high heat.
