The private placement will be divided into two phases to increase equity, supplement working capital, and prepare finances to implement the plan to restart the blast furnace in 2024. Phase 1 will issue 10.6 million shares and take place in August 2023; Phase 2 will issue nearly 59.6 million shares and take place in September 2024. However, consumption will only increase by about 15 - 20% because the demand for steel in Vietnam mainly comes from real estate.
