In the face of the recent consecutive price drops in domestic steel, the Vietnam Steel Association (VSA) believes that construction steel prices are likely to continue to fall in the coming time. The reason is that the real estate market has not shown any positive signs of recovery, and some social housing projects have just been implemented. Public investment projects have not yet flourished. In addition, the seventh lunar month is also the "ghost month" - considered a "nightmare" for the construction industry when almost no new projects break ground this month. Meanwhile, Chinese steel inventories are high, prices have dropped sharply, affecting the domestic steel market.
