Hanoi weather for the next 3 days: Intense heat up to 38 degrees before thunderstorms again

According to experts from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, Hanoi's weather on August 8-10 will be cloudy, no rain, sunny to very hot. The highest temperature during the day will be around 34-38 degrees, and the temperature at night will be 28-30 degrees.

Specifically, today (August 8), the area continues to be hot, with the highest temperature of 35-37 degrees; especially, on August 9, the heat here reached a severe level, with the highest temperature reaching 38 degrees. This heat wave in Hanoi will last until August 10.

In addition, the meteorological agency forecasts weather developments in other areas of the North. Today, in the Northeast region, Southern Son La and Hoa Binh, there will be hot weather, some places will be extremely hot with the highest temperature from 35-37 degrees, some places will be over 37 degrees; the lowest relative humidity is 55-60%.

On August 9, the North will have hot weather, especially in the South of Son La , Hoa Binh and the Northern Delta, with the highest temperature of 35-38 degrees Celsius; the lowest relative humidity of 50-55%.

Particularly in the area from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen, in the above 2 days, there was hot and extremely hot weather with the highest temperature from 35-38 degrees, some places over 38 degrees; the lowest relative humidity was 45-55%.

Note, the forecast temperature in the heat bulletin and the actual felt temperature outside can differ by 2-4 degrees, or even higher depending on the conditions of the surface such as concrete or asphalt.

La Nina is about to begin, with heavy and severe rain and floods . From around the second half of August, the La Nina phenomenon will begin to take effect, with rain in September in the North likely to be higher than the average of many years.
