The remaining areas of the North and Ha Tinh will also experience heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and strong thunderstorms, with rainfall ranging from 70 - 150mm, with some places exceeding 200mm.

From the night of July 22 to July 23, heavy rain continued in the Northeast, the Northern Delta, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An , with rainfall ranging from 60 - 100mm, locally exceeding 200mm. Other provinces in the North and Ha Tinh had moderate to heavy rain, with rainfall ranging from 30 - 60mm, in some places over 100mm.

From July 21 to 23, the Northeast, the Northern Delta, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will have total rainfall of 200 - 350mm, some places may record rainfall exceeding 600mm. The remaining areas in the North and Ha Tinh will have total rainfall of 100 - 200mm, locally over 300mm.
