The Provincial People's Committee respectfully announces and invites the people and tourists to attend the ceremony to receive the UNESCO certificate inscribing "Cham pottery art on the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding" and the opening of the Ninh Thuan Grape and Wine Festival 2023 at 8 PM on June 15, 2023 (Thursday) at 16 April Square (Phan Rang - Thap Cham City).
