From 08:00 to 08:50: The National Assembly continues to question Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien on the second group of issues in the field of industry and trade. Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung will also participate in answering questions on a number of issues within the Government's responsibilities and related issues.

From 08:50 to 09:00: National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man delivered a concluding speech for the second group of issues, stating: At the question-and-answer session, there were 34 questions raised by National Assembly deputies, 06 questions raised by National Assembly deputies; The Minister of Industry and Trade basically answered all the issues raised by National Assembly deputies. Through the question-and-answer session, it is recommended that the Government, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and relevant ministries implement the proposed solutions, focusing on a number of key issues: First, continue to improve the law related to e-commerce and consumer protection. Second, promote trade promotion, expand and diversify international markets associated with improving product quality, and deeply participate in regional and global supply chains. Third, research and develop the Law on Key Industries; the Program for developing supporting industries for the period 2026 - 2035; Develop manufacturing and assembly industries for finished products, attract multinational corporations to invest in large-scale projects in Vietnam, and gradually expand to foreign markets to take advantage of signed FTAs.

From 09:00 to 11:20: The National Assembly questions State Auditor General Ngo Van Tuan on the third group of issues in the field of auditing. At the questioning session, National Assembly deputies raised questions focusing on the following contents: (1) Implementation of conclusions and recommendations of the State Audit. (2) Prevention and combat of corruption and negativity in state audit activities. (3) Solutions to overcome overlap in inspection and auditing work.

Minister of Finance Ho Duc Phoc also participated in answering questions and explaining related issues.

From 11:20 to 11:30: National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man delivered a concluding speech on the third group of issues, stating: At the question-and-answer session, there were 34 questions raised by National Assembly deputies and 1 opinion raised by National Assembly deputies. The questions raised by National Assembly deputies were very specific, closely following the content of the questions. The State Auditor General, answering questions for the first time before the National Assembly, had carefully prepared the content, answered briefly, clearly, convincingly, and went straight to the issues raised by National Assembly deputies. Through the question and answer session, it is recommended that the State Auditor General, the Government, relevant ministries and branches absorb the opinions of the National Assembly deputies, have effective solutions to overcome shortcomings, focusing on key issues: Firstly, promote the implementation of the State Audit Development Strategy to 2030, focus on auditing according to the approved plan, especially issues of public opinion, National Assembly deputies and voters. Promote the dissemination and popularization of legal provisions on state audit, improve the quality of audit activities, especially the quality of audit conclusions and recommendations. Continue to proactively coordinate with the Government Inspectorate and ministries, branches and localities to limit duplication and overlap right from the stage of developing and promulgating inspection plans and annual audit plans. Secondly, ministries, branches, localities and audited units fully and promptly implement audit conclusions and recommendations. Review the responsibilities of organizations and individuals and strictly handle cases of delay or failure to implement audit conclusions and recommendations. Study the general handling mechanism for inspection conclusions and audit recommendations.

Afternoon

The National Assembly questioned Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung on the fourth group of issues in the field of culture, sports and tourism. At the questioning session, National Assembly deputies raised questions focusing on the following contents: (1) Selection, training and policies for athletes and artists in the arts; job creation for athletes and artists after the peak competition and performance period. (2) Implementation of tasks and solutions to stimulate and restore tourism in 2024 and the following years; solutions to develop night tourism products. (3) Specific policies to attract investment in cultural, sports and tourism activities in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

Minister and Chairman of the Ethnic Committee Hau A Lenh also participated in answering questions and explaining related issues.
