According to Sky Sport statistics, coach Ten Hag has lost 11 out of 12 away matches against opponents in the top 9 of the Premier League rankings this season.
Under the Dutch tactician, the Red Devils have only managed to pick up one point in their last 12 away games, a draw with Tottenham in April this year.

"It's hard to put into words. Is it true? It's terrible. It's just the number of goals we discussed before, six against Man City, seven against Liverpool, four against Brentford and still lost.
"It's really bad. Obviously the team is in a difficult situation. The manager is under pressure," former Man Utd star Roy Keane said on Super Sunday.
"There are players who play for Man Utd today and you think they will leave the club in the summer. But the team is still holding on to players who have not taken Man Utd anywhere in the last year or two.
What is the sign of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. This group will not change and as I said, if they don't work as hard as their opponents then they will be in trouble," added Roy Keane.

Meanwhile, the Mirror newspaper reiterated the warnings of coach Ralf Rangnick when his colleague Ten Hag took over Man Utd.
"In medicine, you would say this is open heart surgery. Man Utd need to change a lot of things, not patch up small things. The good thing is that Man Utd are crystal clear, it's not that difficult, you don't even need glasses to see and analyze where the problem is.
Now it's just a matter of how we deal with it. For me, it's not enough to make some small changes, some small issues here and there and cosmetic things," coach Raft Rangnick commented before being sacked by Man Utd.
